Of the 168 units only 27 have Home Owner Exemptions, 3 of these can be discounted as 2 have moved away and 1 HE still shows on a unit that NCC has taken over. So it is reasonable to say that probably only 24 Owners actually live on property. Most of those remaining 144 units are rented out but at any given time a few of them will be empty and just a few other units are empty due to foreclosures.
In summary of the 112 owned units only 1 in 5 are owner occupied and of the total of 168 units the ratio drops to 1 in 7.
