GRANDVIEW CONDO ASSOCIATION POLICIES
Condo Association Rules Do Not allow Groups of Singles under 25.
If you or anyone staying or visiting the unit break any of our rules or those of the Resort Management or Home Owners' Association, you will agree to leave the unit upon request.
If you are requested to leave, you will vacate the premises within 4 hours of such request,
forfeiting all rent.
You are personally responsible for any damages to the unit or building during your stay.
Check-in after 4:pm, check out prior to 10:00am.
Florida State Law prohibits throwing anything off of the balconies.
