The Bay County property tax bills will be going out in a few days but you can get the bad news by going to: http://tc.co.bay.fl.us/SearchSelect.aspx and looking up what you owe. There is a discount for paying promptly rather than waiting. The first discount will apply to payments received by 11/30/12 so you might save a few $ by getting the payment in asap.

If you are interested in how much we will be paying for those 5 units we took over the info is below. 

One minor thing when considering how much we 'make' by renting out these 5 units, we no longer can charge $225 a month in Association dues ($675 quarterly) as we temporarily 'own' the units and we can't collect this from ourselves. So if you hear that we are getting rent of $950 a month in rent, mentally deduct that $225 and you will come up with $725, which is really what we end up with.
