On Monday Dec 10th construction work costing over $10,000,000 will start on PCB Pky (Back Beach Rd) and with some breaks for Thunder Beach and Spring Break this will last for about 18 months.
The major work will be resurfacing of 8 miles of highway from the overpass by K Mart west to Heather Drive which is 3 blocks west of Arnold Drive (#79). There will be additions of turn lanes, bike lanes, some sidewalks and pedesterian signals.
