Initially (2007-2009) our Annual General Meetings were held at the PCB Senior Center, 423 Lyndell Ln but due to lack of interest in such meetings they reverted to the Clubhouse. The last 2 AGM's had more Owner interest due to the 'Turnover' of the Board to Owner majority, with 2 Owner members to 1 Developer member.15 attended the 1/29/11 meeting and that was full capacity for the clubhouse, some had to stand. Despite requests for the AGM to return to the Senior Center the 1/14/12 AGM was also held at the clubhouse and of course it was packed with 21 people attending.
This year we will probably have at least the same interest as last year and it is time to go back to the Senior Center. The date of Sat. Jan 12, 2013 is available for rental of their smallest meeting room (accomodates 80 people) and the cost is $150. Perhaps we will be more comfortable this year than the last 2 meetings?
