
Nineteen months ago a comprehensive management proposal was sent to the Owner members of the Nautilus Cove Condo BOD by an international management firm with regional representation in the panhandle. This firm currently represents the Westwinds on the Sandestin Resort, Majestic Sun, Destin, The Grand Sandestin, Ariel Dunes and Ariel Dunes II, Destin.
The 24 page proposal covers all aspects of representation including costs. The proposal was ignored by the BOD and subsequent Boards including the current 2012 Board.

My previous inquiries have indicated that the 3 year sweetheart contract with Concord Management could be undone in several ways and of course it expires 10/2013 and the BOD of that time will probably NOT renew Concord as it has done a very poor job for the Condo. I hope that other concerned Owners will take over the 2 Owner Board positions at the next AGM.

You might consider that Concord is one of 4 affiliated firms that build then mis-manage the complexes, the other 3 firms are: Atlantic Housing, Global Realty and CPG Construction. They put up low income housing and Concord 'manages' them. Concord manages about 150 properties in 7 states with 32,000 units. The firm referenced above who put in a proposal represents is an international firm with over 1,000,000 units managed.
